No one spoke on a bylaw to rezone half-an-acre at 20622 80 Ave. for Jubilee United Church.
Only the proponent spoke on a bylaw to rezone half-an-acre at 26630 32 Ave. for the Aldergrove Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
No one spoke on a bylaw to rezone 6.88 acres at 8313 208 St. for 141 townhouses.
After no one spoke, Council voted 8-1 (moved by Bateman, seconded by Fox; Richter opposed) to endorse a liquor permit application for the Langley Events Centre. The application now goes to the provincial government's Liquor Control and Licensing Branch for approval.
